There is also – potassium, along with other vitamins and minerals. Glucose for your brain (it is the only fuel the brain can actually use), protein to rebuild and repair. And so many antioxidants! 🙂 Calories are such an insignificant way to categorise food.

I’m exactly the same way, Greta. I’m bananas for bananas! Hahaha I especially love them freeze-dried, but like you, I’m in love with them in all forms, whether raw, chips, dried, etc. I have also noticed that I can eat raw bananas with peanut butter to fulfill my sweet tooth, and it doesn’t trigger a binge. Mmmm…bananas *drool* Hahaha ♥
you will laugh your little lithuanian bottom off tomorrow morning upon reading my new post! i think you will like my featured food very much! and hell no! never count the calories on nuts or wine or dried fruit. such beautiful things should not be tainted by the mechanics of caloric thinking. ❤
Greta I have been inspired by you and Nicole, and so I’ve been eating fruit and nuts today. It’s Christmas after all.
Seeing you manage makes me believe I can manage too 🙂
Thank you!
