Stiff leg deadlifts.


9.30 am. Snack.

 10.00 am. Breakfast. Chicken with some fun.

 11.00 am. Work. 14.30 pm. Lunch. Humongous salad: chicken, iceberg lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, broccoli, tomatoes, olives, flax seed, almonds, lemon, macadamia oil.

18.00 pm. Pedicure.

 20.00 pm. Dinner. Tilapia with vegetables and cheddar melted on, white rice, broccoli, tomatoes, avocado macadamia oil salad.

21.00 pm. Dessert.

22.00 – ? The Book.
